Hi, New to forum but not fab work. 30 year CNC Machine shop owner working in the suppressor industry. Branching out into other areas. Look forward to learning more about tubing bending.

Not positive which section to ask in so move where needed. Do I need to use the steel washers on 600xhd with the anodized spacers on the dies? Appears at best i can only get one on each side of the dies I have test fitted. Also curious what the best method of getting the washers held in place while doing a die swap/ Have big hands no room for my fat fingers.

@panaceabeachbum There will be a tiny bit of room with the billet spacers installed. Should be almost enough to squeeze a washer in. You don't need to ALSO run washers 🙂

Each question (from a new person) should have it's own topic BTW. It keeps things clean and searchable for everyone. This is your topic, you can ask tech questions in here. Might be best to start a thread in the tubing bender discussion area if you have any other tech questions. Not to get a reply, just to help others find the same answer later.
